Nikolakakis Group was founded in 1970 by Athanasios Nikolakakis and Evanthia Nikolakaki with the aim of leading the field of tiles, sanitary ware and plumbing. The first store opened in Gizi and later at 127 Karamanli Avenue in Acharnes.

In 1997, a modern sports center was opened at 120 Karamanli Avenue. Apart from sporting activities, the sports center offers the opportunity to relax in the cafeteria and dive into the pool. A few years later the football academy was created.

In 2017, Nikolakakis Group is making a new start in the rented rooms. The rooms were created with passion and love aiming at the comfort and satisfaction of the visitors.

Effective this summer, Lavrio provides the accommodation it lacked for years. A city which can be visited throughout the year, with its museums, sights, landscapes and beaches, invites you to enjoy it with your stay at “Nikolakakis Rooms”.

Nikolakakis Rooms and Apartments is a new dynamic and valuable touristic attraction in the city and the wider region of Lavreotiki.

Our rooms and apartments are located in the center of the historic city of Lavrion, opposite the bus station  of Attiki and the Popular Market, next to  the taxi and traditional 19th Century fish market and across the street from the War Monument. At a walking distance you will find 3 major Banks, the old harbor, the beach for your walks and the new large port of Lavrion, which is connected by ferry to the islands of the Cyclades and the North Aegean. Lavrio harbors rent yachts and also yachts from organized sailing and yachting companies.

In our 32 comfortable and well designed rooms and suites, all in attractive sight relaxing colors, you will find air conditioning, kitchen, spacious bathroom, fridge, new and comfortable bed mattresses, large closets, TV and beautiful balconies. Innovation for you to feel at home is the fact that each room has its own water boiler to turn on when needed.

Our rooms and apartments can accommodate 1 to 7 people in single or double beds, children’s bunk beds and sofas while there is the possibility to add a small folding bed. Our rooms and apartments are one-room,two-room, or three-room, fully equipped to ensure your privacy as doors separate one room from the other in the same apartment. 

Check-in time to our rooms is 12 noon and check-out till 11 am. In addition to these time frames, additional charges may apply subject to agreement with our receptionist.

The 4 floors of our rented rooms are accessible by elevator. In the public areas of the ground floor you will find smoker’s room, wi-fi internet and 55 inch Plasma TVs for your favorite shows and programs. Next to the reception we can also offer you your coffee, juices, soft drinks and / or snacks.
